Strait right? Lead with arm or hip?

    When you throw the strait right what happens first? Does the arm come out or does the hip twist? J/W.

    hip should move first, the problem i have with the right is tucking my chin under the right shoulder. That takes some practise

    Its the shoulder that moves, not the chin.

    i know but my head naturally turns to the left, so i have to make a conscious effort to keep it straight

    You want to start shoulder and neck stretches.

    Feet pivot, then hip, then core, then arm....
