It was strange they said it was cause by the first punch that hit the neck and the chin rather than the one that grazed the elbow and the back of the head but when he's down he's holding the back of the head like thats what did it I really don't know I mean getting hit in the temple can **** you up 6 ways to sunday maybe it's the same with the back of the head? not sure the times ive been hit in the back of the head I just lost vision for a split second but who knows.
Back of the head did it, if you watch the speed at which his head moves when he's hit behind the head, eventhough it also hit his back, there was still quite a bit of power on that shot...
I agree with that when he was down he was holding the back of the head so that must of been what it was ...but there was very little mustard on that shot hell it hit his shoulder and his head afterward in he same motion so I can't be sure in any case he turned his back to him like a idiot and got nailed like anyone would in a boxing match.
