Wait a minute... so all this recent Hayelord tsunami is becuase they fear Haye will be forced to fight Chagaev? I saw his last two fights, IMO Ruslan is not THAT dangerous anymore. Sky said no to the Haye-Klitschko PPV, but David can still fight Chagaev off PPV, let's see how much does he draw without ripping off the audience like he did vs. Audley. Who said Haye can't fight Chagaev in April? He can even ask for a spot on the Wlad-Chisora undercard.

What? You think Ruslan would upset Haye?

I'm not saying that, I'm saying the only dates that Klitschko and Haye could agree upon were April and July 2nd. If Haye had to fight Chagaev it couldn't be until May, meaning that a July 2nd bout with Klitschko remembering how big the fight is, is virtually impossible.

It's really not difficult to understand.

Why can't he fight Chagaev in March or April, NOT on PPV? (Sky only turned down the PPV request) Maybe on the Wlad-Chisora undercard, he'd only have to use his huge draw power, generating money off-PPV wouldn't be a problem, right? (oh when the logic fails)

A prime Chagaev maybe, but the recent one seems to have little chance against Haye...

Wouldn't exactly be very business minded would it now? Hey I'm all for legacy but a guy got to make his dough.

I can't see why he should have to do that, Klitschko is the one putting him in this position.

Dear lord. dfavid Haye should have fought real contenders at HW then he wouldnt be so scared right now. He fought C level opponents and now is scheduled to fight the real HW champ.

    This is absolutely hilarious!

In one argument Haye has MEGA AWESOME HUGE draw power, bigger than the Klitschkos, but in a different argument if it's not on Sky Sports PPV he doesn't make dough.

So for one last time: does David Haye have super-duper draw power and can fight Chagaev off PPV for huge money any day of the week, or he does he lack historical money making jedi skills and shouldn't ask for 50-50? Can't have it both ways mate.

It doesn't work like that here, I can't remember the last big british fighter fighting on terrestrial. If a pathetic matchup like Haye Harrison is on PPV why shouldn't Haye Chagaev?

It's the fact that he is such a huge draw here that he makes millions off PPV so why wouldn't he fight on PPV?

Would you goto work for a fraction of the money you could earn? I certainly wouldn't. Plus all you're doing is detracting from the fact Wlad has created this horrible situation.

a lot of his money comes from ppv sales. if his fight's not on ppv he doesn't make as much money. it is in no way complicated.

Wlad is figthing a meaningless fight whenever he fights Chisora, whether it was December or April.

The thing about this April fight is its ruining the chances of Haye/Wlad ever happening, yet its not an important fight so Wlad should cancel it.

Then again he obviously doesnt really want to fight Haye anymore, there is no other logical reason.
