    Hay all

I own and use 2 different pairs of 16oz gloves when training. 1 set of gloves has a lot more padding around the wrist and hands and they are fine. The other pair hav eless padding and each time i use them i seem to be getting injuries/pains in my shoulders after the session.

You think it could be the gloves causing this or im i being daft? (Yes im a total newbie)

    Cheers

Its important to have a proper warmup before sparring, Heavybag, pads and shadowboxing as this helps to prevent pain in shoulders. Also if your new to boxing I would start with 10oz gloves. Might be the weight of the gloves that hurts your shoulders
