If he wins, he gets his props from me because I don't really believe he will. I am not a fan of either fighter but I just don't see a Pac victory in this one.
for the 135.. JMM,Guzman and Campbell are waiting... for 140lbs.. Hatton if he wins and stays at 147.. which fight would be interesting?!
Of course he'll get credit. It would be a very good win if he manages to pull it off. It won't be perceived as a win over a prime Oscar, but it will be perceived as a win against a still-very-good past great, who was much bigger than him. I'm trying to think of another example to liken it to... but I can't think. I was thinking along the lines of Hatton-Tszyu, but Hatton didn't move up for it.
:good It's defenitely an UPHILL climb!!! It's like a buying a lotto for the first time! You know it's close to impossilbe to win but deep inside you have this strange feeling that you will win.. It's like Against all ODDs
pac is only fighting 2 more fights after dlh and then will retire. the dlh fight signals the start of his retirement tour. pac will drop down to 140 and fight hatton and jmm, possibly mayweather at a catchweight between 140-147 if he manages to beat dlh. pac won't be fighting @135 anymore.
I hope he fights around 3 or 4 more fights before he calls it quits! However if he retires early and the other boxers were not given a chance they will start saying things such as "PAC is avoiding me!"
