I'd edge to Joyi based on experience however it will be very close, I think Ioka has pound 4 pound potential.
Joyi by a wide margin. Ioka might have pound for pound potential, but Joyi is already there. Not to mention that Joyi would completely tower over Ioka.
It's true that Joyi could be on the p4p list. However the little guys, don't get much attention. In the Ring 100 last year he was rated behind the likes of Joshua Clottey (54), Kermit Cintron (57), Steve Molitor (64), Arthur Abraham (66), Nobuo Nashiro (71), Omar Nino (75), Paulie Malginaggi (77), Sebastian Sylvester (81), Ryan Rhodes (82), Librando Andrade (87), Sakio Bika (88), Juan Urango (92) and Antino Mundanie (93). Ioka wasn't even rated, and even though he's only had 8 fights, he hasn't been fighting bums. Perhaps they should fight each other then the winner fight Ivan Calderon, which might be enough to get them into the top 50.
