strenghtening my rite oblique

    wtf. i can take mad body shots to the stomach and solar plexus. left side is pretty strong but my left side hurts likea ***** everytime i get hit. how do i strenghtin it?

    Photoshop it like you do with your arms. It will appear bigger and more built, and therefore look stronger.

    Do you really need telling?

    Use a medicine ball dickface.

    BTW i do use a medicine ball but is their anythig else i cud do? mayby side bends? or wat? and wat rep range shud i do it in?

    Just take the hat off in the video you douchebag. Enough with the garage ****, you're like the rest of the teenage kids that come into our gym and throw 100 punches on the heavybag and then leave.... but NOT before flexing your biceps in one of the mirrors as part of your "cool-down". I don't mean to come off like a dick (I don't mind if I do either), but 99% the **** you post on here is stupid and/or fake.
