Strength conditioning for boxing

    Uhmmm....you can't specify to the audience what exactly you are talking about when you mean going to failure?

    Especially when going to failure is generally considered an AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

    Well yeah, I'd assume you'd do ASMAP with heavy weight. Maybe that's just me, I made an ASSumption.

    So you are advocating what every expert advises against? Burning out your CNS in the HOPES of gaining strength? Please elaborate your stance.

    So to get down to 5reps, can i use a rucksack with weights in it for press ups and pull ups.

    Take 30 secs to do 1 pressup

    Or do 1 and drop 1 inch every 10 secs then come up the same hope this helps

    Have you guys used a trx suspension trainer? If so what do you think of this piece of kit 4 bodyweight strength training?

    Strength, Endurance, Gives good Technique, plus most people, gets them counting to Ten Quick. :rofl.

    :rofl I do have a superman top maybe that helps :lol: ! I am pretty good at dips am getting stronger at pull ups but superman level I think not :verysad
