I’m sure a lot of body builders do 20+ reps.

Cheers for the advice mr small and virus, i was a bit vague with my question so no worries. Think i need to just keep learning and experimenting. Iv obvs read ross emnaits stuff and im finding that good. Finding it hard to get the right resistance due to my dumbbell set ups i could do with some more weight i think soon but for now i will keep it up especially to work on technique. Iv been reading alot of Joe Defrancos stuff too since mr small put me onto his agile 8 and simple 6 for flexibility. Just trying to get as much info as possible cheers

    5 x 0 = Strength

    5 x 5 = Strength / Hypertrophy

    5 x 10 = Hypertrophy

    5 x 15 = Hypertrophy / Hyperplasia

    5 x 20 = Hyperplasia

Didn't I post a while ago what the different rep ranges develop and what the different forms of hypertrophy are?

Lots of BS in this thread.

    Boxing is primarily about SKILL!

Strength and conditioning merely SUPPLEMENTS to SKILL.

All the strength and endurance in the world will not help much if you suck at the skill of boxing.
