It looks like you can't hit that bag with full power it looks as though its going to tip over other than that you look good on the bag

not bad should lengthen your punches. you drop your right hand as you throw a left hook and also you drop your lefthand before you hook. Hands very low at stages possibly due to fatigue. Decent head movement in stages.your rolling is poor as you are actually rolling into trouble one instance was wen you were open to a right hand. at a guess you have being teaching yourself and i would reccomend you get a trainer as you are developing bad habits which will be exploited by a more schooled opponent ie a boxer with proper training. Good luck and hope you improve. Just watched u sparring and to be perfectly honest you are cluless you seem to be tryin to imitate Floyd Mayweather which is pretty embarrasing and you are sparring people who are as clulesss. It is worrying that you seem to think you are actually quite good as you are actually very poor and have many terrible habits and in one of the videos your opponent says your left hook is mean and my 8 year old sister would dig more than that. there you go you have many weaknesses one strength is you do seem to like boxing so you will be willing to improve

i bet he never recieved a feedback like me "your as pathetic as your gloves"

honestly tilang i watched 3 of your videos and cant help but tell you with your bodyshape you should focus on your footwork instead of punches and why the heck are you so close to the bag you should be an outfighter

Yeah. Doesn't look like I'll get a match at our regionals either. So my next one won't be until Nationals. I wish I could have gotten in the ring a bit more before a big tournament like that but no much I can do about it. I'll just try my best and see how it goes.

I was in the gym for 8 months but I also do music. I have a kid and wife, and stressful job. Something had to go and it was boxing. I keep up somewhat with shadow boxing, bag work, and on occasion spar. When I was in the gym, I did well. fast learner, power, speed, and boxing IQ and sparred with middle weights. My main weakness is stamina and footwork. Other than that I can throw a pretty solid shot as well as any type of punch. This bag work showed my inside (hooks and uppercuts) as well as my outside 1-2s. I am very surprise that no one notice the snap I put with my shots. The bag suppose to jolt and not push punches. It is obvious there is a lot of novice posters and have no idea wtf you are talking about. Bunch of wanna be experts. Think outside of the box for once.
