Conveniently, the M-1 phone connection cuts out when they're asked if they're licensed promoters. Fedor Emelianenko: I have full control of all my contracts, finances and my whole career. Don't blame Vadim, M-1 Scott Coker says M-1 has a promoter's license and co-promoting Strikeforce won't be an issue at all.
