Muhammed Lawal (c) vs. Rafael Cavalcante (TKO3) Ronaldo Souza vs. Tim Kennedy (UD) KJ Noons vs. Jorge Gurgel (UD) Bobby Lashley vs. Chad Griggs (TKO1) I'm expecting Mo to come back with stronger ground and pound than what he showed against Gegard.
Decent card. Muhammed Lawal UD Ronaldo Souza SUB 1 (Triangle Choke) KJ Noons KO/TKO 2 Bobby Lashley KO/TKO 1
Griggs has an 8-1 record, no big names on it though. Fought twice in the IFL before it folded and then in the smaller shows.
I just read he was considering a drop to 205 so he doesnt seem to be a big heavy.. Oh well Lashley has more to loose than to gain by fighting guys of his ilk.
Light Heavyweight Championship bout: Muhammed Lawal, UD. Middleweight Championship bout: Ronaldo Souza, Sub Armbar RD3. Lightweight bout: KJ Noons, UD. Heavyweight bout: Bobby Lashley T/KO1
I agree. Lashley seems to have all the tools to be a force in the division but he keeps fighting tomato cans. He needs to jump in and get his ass wet like Lawal did in taking on Mousasi.
