The defense on that last fight was just plain embarrassing, how can a main event fighter be so awful at stand up? It may look exciting to some but I prefer skill over the close your eyes and swing technique....

I am assuming that Shields is going to lose to Henderson and move back down to 170. Even if Shields could defeat Diaz on the ground, that is if, could he get him there?

I wasn't impressed with the event honestly. Manhoef and Lawlor was the only good fight.

Both fighters love to strike And Diaz has a granite chin. How could you not like Diaz's striking? He timed his punches perfectly. The other guy started to swing wild only after he got hurt. But to each their own, I enjoyed it!

R U kiddin' me? Did you see the connect % by Diaz there? That ain't no amateur ****, buddy. You just don't know 1st class stand-up when you see it. It's not always gonna come in a Manhoefian form.

I think Diaz's standup is a tad bit overrated

I was referring to Manhoefian, the guy looked straight up awful and had the worst game plan possible. He clearly had the faster hands and also good power, so I would expect a pro mma fighter like him to be smart enough to maybe use some type of intelligence. I mean come one now, trading punches on the outside with a guy like Diaz? Get a clue....

i thought the cyborg fight was competitive and till the 3rd round i always felt cyborg could get armbared cause that other girls ground game was impressive i must say.

wes sims trying to do the wwf test of strength with lashley in the beginning was great. i saw a interview were sims actually said he would do that which made it even funnier, he even said if he got lashley down on the ground he was gonna leg drop him:lol:. i believe him after i saw him do the strength test.

He's a poor mans boxer, his chin and reach hold him up though.

The Cyborg fight was not competitive at all. Her and Lashey look like they must have the same dealer.

Diaz' punching technique is horrible - but he knows how to use his reach to his advantage and he has great timing. He's never afraid to step inside and pull his opponent into an exchange. Diaz has knocked out several guys that are much more technically sound than he: Lawler, Shamrock, and now Žaromskis.
