Strikeforce Signs Marius Zaromskis

Two signings that could change Strikeforce is Rampage and Henderson. Throw them in at 205 with Mousasi and Bablu and depth is achieved instantly.

 

It adds depth but lacks name recognition. Guys like Babalu and Diaz might not be elite fighters but their name rings a bell to the average American UFC fan. That is why Henderson and Rampage would be huge signings.

Strikeforce need recognisable people. If Pudzanowski gets one or two wins then they should sign him. Not because he is brillant but simply cos his name might make a a few average joe's tune in. Same with the Kimbo Slice type fighters, ex boxers etc These guys won't be elite but give people a reason to tune in and then try and win them over with genuine talent like Le and Mousasi.

Great addition to their roster talent wise. He's just really come to the attention of the hardcore fans and I'm sure he'll have no problems appealing to the casual fan. They'll love his style.

 

if i tell the average joe to watch zaromskis, they won't. even though he is as brutal as they come and won't roll around on the ground.

however, put kimbo slice on the bill with zromskis on the undercard and zaromskis will get some attention and hopefully make them come back a second time to watch him rather than kimbo.

ufc pretend they won't do it but they are doing the exact same thing with brock and now kimbo.

fedor, mousasi and le are genuine fighters who could mess with the top ufc fighters. strikefroce have the fighters they just need the depth and marketing.

 

i've only seen his dream fights. i'm looking at his cage rage stuff now. want to see his 2 losses to mills. must have his number or something.

 

just saw the first mills loss. mills was doing great but defensive, zaromskis had the slight upper hand. the ko was unlucky and brutal. need to see the rematch now.

 

cant find the rematch. it says doctor stoppage. was it a cut or something? stopped in between rounds?

 

Good signing by Strikeforce, Zaromskis vs Diaz would be great. :deal
