Well..the finale will be between Overeem/Fedor VS Barnett/Sergei

But when will we see the Fedor/Werdumm II ?

Is this going to be 2 fights in one night for the Semi's and Finals? Im expecting proper GP. Not one fight a night bollocks. And i want 15 minute rounds with Vale Tudo rules.

 

Great that Strikeforce have put this together, or are trying to at least. I agree with the TS about the brackets. It would make more sense to switch it up a bit. Then again Josh Barnett in the final wouldn't be too bad I don't think. I think it's probably expecting a bit too much to ask of Strikeforce to match up the bracket well; we should consider ourselves lucky they have managed to get this together at all.

 

Its spread over three events. They'd struggle to get commission approval for two fights in one night (they only barely got away with that for the women's tournament)

Everybody seems to be forgetting that fedor only has one fight left on his contract, M-1 will turn this tourney into a farce with contractual negotiations.

 

Apparently he has is on the verge of signing for a 4-5 fight extension. Either way its not a proper GP in my eyes. Just a tourny.

 

He would need to sign it before it started then, it would be folly for strikeforce to not have him signed up.

 

I love how one side is absolutely **** and pointless.

Werdum should be on the other side, no question.
