RANDOM testing isn't the issue......it never was. Manny agreed to random tests but had a stipulation on how close to the fight blood tests could administered.

The problem has always been "FLOYD" unwillingness to take Manny on becasue he's a challenge.

so floyd didn't say anything about drug testing but why kept bringin up the drug tesT issue. Manny already agreed to the testing....
but floyd Is still on vacation......

oh, did i say anytHing About thOse who are asking testing dont want to see the fight?? maybe The way floyd's fans defending and kept mentioning drug test knowing that pac already agreed and floyd's team didn't mention about it when the 2nd time fell through makes people believe that the *****s dont want the fight to happen...

pacman has done steroids and practices witchcraft its how he is able to handily defeat guys he should lose to, anyone else that knows about this i urge you to look into it and youlll see the truth for what it is. Idiot floyd actually does the same, is very aware of these practices and is why he has been so firm to his demands , there is another battle being waged behind the scenese that many ignorant people out there have no idea about again anyone that has knowledge about this, check in to and you'll see the truth

floyd wont allow it unless its on an even playing field .. mano a mano no extra influences involved and anyone is crazy to think pac can outright beat floyd... but the muther ****ers style gives him a greater chance than anyone right now to beat him because of his speed and the power he can generate because of it. Plus he is a south paw so he can " catch " floyd better than anyone out there well except for shane lol
