Kazakhstan's national anthem (no such thing as Kazakh national anthem as Kazakh is not a nationality) plays for all athletes who represent Kazakhstan, whether they have Kazakh heritage or not. Obviously.

Koreans started migrating to the far eastern region of Russia in the 1850s. They became the largest minority in the Russian empire and gained the right to citizenship under the Russo-Korean treaty.
