What's this Russian HW dominance myth?

There's Povetkin and hype job Boystov, who else?

As for Ukraine, they've got the K Bros and green Glazkov.

All the other eastern euros at HW except for maybe Pulev and the abovementioned aren't that great.

LMW USA WTF are you for real, just because Floyd won a plastic title there, Canelo is WBC and RIng belt holder is active in the division and beat all comers. Mexico are the kings of LMW at the moment

How about Crusier? I'd say Germany or Poland... It's mixed but Poland has Wlod and Masternak is definitely on top level in the future. Wlod was questionable but after that KO win in Russia, I think he shows that he can be champion.

Depends who's rankings you use pal, I know Boxrec have him down as Top 10. Whether he is in reality one of the best ten fighters at the weight is debatable though.

Strictly on h2h talent of each country's best trio.

Heavyweight - #1 Ukraine (K2, Glazkov), #2 Russia (Povetkin, Boytsov, Platov), #3 UK (Haye, Fury, Chisora), #4 Cuba (Solis, Perez, Ortiz), #5 USA (Thompson, Jennings, Wilder), #6 Poland (Szpilka, Adamek, Wach), #7Germany (Charr, Wallisch, Hammer), #8 Australia (Browne, de Mori, Leapai), #9 Canada (Stiverne, Bence, Pajkic), #10 Uzbekistan (Chagaev, Muralimov, T. Ibragimov)

Cruiserweight - #1 Germany (Huck, Arslan, Graf), #2 Russia (Lebedev, Chakhkiev, Drozd), #3 Poland (Diablo, Masternak, Kolodziej/Glowacki - can't split them), #4 Cuba (Hernandez, Dorticos, Rodriguez), #5 South Africa (Mchunu, Makabu, Mwekassa), #6 Italy (Branco, Fragomeni, Larghetti), #7 Australia (Green, Pitt, Amman), #8 USA (Chambers, Flores, Thomas), #9 Ukraine (Kucher, Kiladze, Shabransky), #10 Canada (Ross, Daley, Norrad)

Lots of countries have a single decent cruiser or two but lack three, hence disqualifying them from inclusion under my criteria. For instance, the UK has Afolabi but after him it's all domestic-grade. Puerto Rico has Palacios and three others, two of them very green prospects. Jones is the only Panamanian cruiser active in the pros. et cetera...
