good work that intentional butt so it's Heavy- Ukraine Cruiser- Germany Light Heavy - USA super middle - UK middle - UK
Isn't Platov Ukrainian? Imo Russia (Povetkin, Boytsov, Platov) is worse than UK (Haye, Fury, Chisora). Russia could have Mago I guess. Then it could be closer for Russia. USA (Thompson, Jennings, Wilder) vs Poland (Szpilka, Adamek, Wach) would be interesting. Szpilka could beat Thompson (Szpilka's speed), Jennings could beat Adamek (Adamek is getting older and slower) and Wilder vs Wach is 50/50 Imo.
pretty weird that USA is the top nation at light heavy it doesn't seem that way, Kovalev would go through them all on the same night! I think Poland are or are going to be - the top nation at cruiserweight, they have many top cruiserweights. Its funny if you quickly look at the stats, at heavyweight = Ukraine are 1st, Russia 2nd, and USA 5th Ukraine - have 13 registered active heavyweights Russia - have 19 registered active heavyweights USA - have 403 registered active heavyweights!! haha haha look ^ thats just at heavyweight imagine if I bothered to look at all the divisions stats haha, and imagine if all the top amateurs from Russia and Ukraine turned pro it would be really embarassing for yanks, your only getting about 5-10% of the top eastern euros turning pro and that 5-10% is dominating
Depends how it is looked at I suppose. At SMW, Ward is the top SMW and American but overall in the UK there is Froch, Groves, DeGale and Kessler I recall is half English. So would you say overall UK or America due to Ward being champ? I will work in the overall way and the one that does come to mind is Canada at LHW with Stevenson, Pascal and Bute
I just don't rate him ahead of Edwin or Brandon at the moment. We have seen very little in his comeback to suggest he is the same man he was before the DQ rattled his brains. If he is, then he does rank among the best three h2h at 168. If not - and I lean toward not until shown otherwise, given how safely his return is being handled... Cunningham & Gbenga? Yikes. This guy was considered by some #2 in the division before he was sidelined...
Poland can be top in cruiser but it all depends ....not sure what Wlods future holds, he wants to move to HW at some point. I know Masternak has the skills but he needs to see some bigger fights soon
MW? What Russian is poised to make waves at MW currently except perhaps Pirog? If you were thinking Golovkin, he isn't Russian. Fail. Kovalev gets beaten by Ward at LHW. Besides, one fighter from a particular nation doesn't equate to dominance in that division. Povetkin isn't a number 3 HW either. More myths.
Who cares if they weren't born here? You may have a point about Bute, but Pascal and Stevenson came here from an early age, grew up within the Quebec culture, and learned their skills here. I highly doubt they feel more connected to Haiti than they do Canada. For the most part, they are indeed homegrown fighters. You dumbasses act like they are fresh off the boat immigrants. Next the racists on these boards will be telling me that only whites can be 'truly Canadian', whatever that even means.
