Click on the highlighted title to see study on what could happen in this rematch? What does Whye have to improve on to win this rematch, will he make the same mistake that led to him being knocked out by Povetkin this time around?

I think Whyte stays behind his jab and wins this one.

Whyte will go safety first this time and try to win a decision. He can't risk his glass jaw shattering again and costing him big pay days. All his tough guy talk about being a lone wolf going to war is just talk. I won't be surprised if he is gun shy in this fight.

Whyte will get that Glass Jaw shattered again. They will be picking up the shards for weeks.

Any fighter leaving their chin open to a clean Povetkin uppercut is very likely taking a trip to the canvas.

Whyte quite literally let his guard down, if a motivated and fit Whyte is at the return and has learned his lesson i think Whyte prevails, however another chin to Povetkin fist interface, then Whyte will study the ring canvas very closely again, well once he regains consciousness.

AJ was able to win the rematch with Ruiz because he’s got a jab that’s good enough to stay out of trouble for 12 rounds. Whyte unfortunately does not have a jab good enough to keep Povetkin off him. He gets stopped again and it might even be earlier this time.

It looked like Whyte was trying to get some rounds in and work on some stuff in the first fight.

I don't think the solution is to fall back on his superior jabs and footwork like AJ (because that superiority is doubtful), it's to get Povetkin out before he has a chance to burn him again.

Pov will get koed, as much as i root for him.
He is one of those very few no BS boxers today that fight the best opponent they can get without easy money grab fights in between.
But lets face it, he looked very bad in his last fight until the point he killed whyte, he had the cov and he aged even more.

That uppercut would have knocked out a Gorilla. He still has a better chin than Wilder to be fair.

Whyte doesn’t have a glass jaw. That is the one of most overused terms in boxing. The Povetkin uppercut would have done the same to 99% of heavyweights.

Whyte does have the jab to keep him off, but some times he chose to tuck up and fire hooks up close and give away his advantages, and instead of making it safe for himself, he made it 50/50 by trading and welcoming Povetkin to slip into range

Yes that was a great uppercut but no I disagree, Wilder has a much better chin than Whyte. Wilder has been hit with good shots and not gone down they only fighter to drop him was Fury. Whyte has been dropped multiple times in his career.
