here is the difference between the US and GERMAN boxing:

were the american middleweight champ pavlik to pick someone like demers, pittman or someone like marquez to defend his belt against,
he would be butchered by Fans, press........just about anyone.

now were sturm to fight any of these jokes(to challenge for a world title),
everyone would just say: "yeah, business as usual"!

just think about that for a moment and maybe you can discover a trait of expectations regarding the two mentioned countries..............

I'm not trying to defend Sturm as i'm not a fan. But outside of Abraham, there is noone for Sturm to fight.

You are right,boxeo! Sturm vs Abraham would be big in Germany,but this fight will never come off.
When Sturm caught sight of Abraham his heart would right go into his boot.Sturm exactly knows that he wouldnt go the full route with the Armenian banger.He keeps fighting opponents he can barely beat earning big bucks in doing so.Abraham plays in a different league IMO.

 

catic is a solid fighter, not bad. a good pure boxer, not exciting but competent.

but the bottom line that is pissing me of is that he just doesnt fight good comp, while at the same time talking alot of ****.

sure, he has that "win" over oscar, and yes he was impressive in that one. and yes, he is world class.

but that CAN´T EXCUSE HIM FROM FIGHTING WORTHY OPPONENTS FOREVER!!!!
