Style to beat pbf

Prime Forrest had a good shot at beating Floyd. Mosley would get his ass kicked at any time. Would have taking his ass whipping a while back but he had a toothache.

 

The only thing JLC and Margo have in common is the fact that they are both Mexican. Not all pressure fighters are created equal and it's a common mistake that alot of people make when evaluating fighters. JLC was light years more skilled and complete than Margo it's not close. He applied educated pressure behind the jab with head movement and a guard he could cut the ring off better and could fight in a phone booth if need be for 12 rounds. Margo can't pressure PBF like JLC did he lacks the footwork and he can't fight on the inside like JLC could in a phone booth he needs more space to be effective, he's also alot slower. He isn't the body puncher that JLC was and didn't hit harder as well, P4P speaking. JLC applies educated pressure unlike Margo who applies uneducated has no jab is slow wide open there is a big difference between the two no comparison can be made. Educated pressure is the key to beating PBF not uneducated like the type Margo brings. Margo would be picked apart and schooled with his lack of jab, slow hands poor footwork and lack of defense. He would look like he was fighting underwater against PBF.:deal

Also in the rematch PBF showed you what he could do to JLC when he was 100%.

 

Prime Forrest gives PBF hell. PBF beats any version of Mosley he has his number.:deal

Definetely I agree that Castillo was much more polished of a fighter than Margo. Margo, however does have the closest style to Castillo than any other welter. Margo, although not a refined pressure fighter would have enjoyed the height and reach advantages in a fight between them. I would have loved to have seen this fight and I am not doubting Floyd has the skills to beat Margo. It would have been interesting.

 

4 me it would be who simply would throw caution to the wind,,punches in bunches n be more aggresive when hit ,, young morales , barrera style , n gatti ward style ... cause lets face it .. u aint gona outbox him imo ... but floyd is so adaptable its almost un human like

 

I agree, Forrest had all the tools to trouble Floyd and maybe even beat him! I think Prime Mosley would of gave Floyd trouble as well. Shane was a Bad ass 10 years ago.. Speed, power punching, stamina, combos.. etc

Dude might be a cheat, but Margo's chin is legendary and definetely a problem for anyone.

 

I don't see Margarito mirroring Castillos style other than being someone who lurks after you. JLC had supreme footwork and could feint very well. Margarito is just super ****ing slow and would've gotten beaten up by Floyd. He barely hurts him but he would be pressured a lot.
