I see Floyd not engaging until at least round 6-7 when he's pressed too. I do see him taking over in the later rounds.

Are you serious?, someone that made Marquez look like a heavybag and barely allowed Mosley to win enough rounds to make it look competitive in his truly special boxing style and ability is a lesser threat than someone Pacquiao already beat?

No one's style is more dangerous than Mayweather in this weight category.

  3. I have the utmost respect for JMM, he's one of my favorite fighters right now and would be a sure-fire HOFer if I were voting.

That said, Manny Pacquiao will knock his face off at 140 or 147. Like, he may exit the arena on a stretcher.

Yes I saw all those fights. Against Moseley and Hatton, Floyd is potshotting them to death, no arguments over there. The other fights, I give you that, he is amazing and unbeatable. Unfortunately, that was the old Floyd. He is not the same Floyd anymore. He is safety first boxer now and is now content on winning rounds against lesser opponents.

The way I see it Floyd can figure Pac out and adjust through the entire fight. On the other hand as soon as Pac finds out Floyd can match his speed and zero out his power he wont know how to adjust and get picked apart. Thats my prediction. Remember once the fighters go in the ring its 1 on 1, Roach cannot change what happens in the ring once the bell rings. Floyd basically trains himself, Roger only tunes him up.

FMJ is pot shotting against Mosley? That was safety first? He barely moved!

Now I don't even think you watched the fight. If you did, you really don't know anything about boxing.

:good, neither guy has fought an opponent before that is like the other guy, but Floyd is the one who's the master at figuring people out.

Gotta agree with truewarrior - Floyds greatest asset is his ability to adjust, I pretty much see Floyd standing toe to toe negating Manny's power, countering him, and then starting to catch him with lead rights.

I don't mean to get your goat Baldy, no need to get worked up with my less than stellar boxing comprehension.

If you analyze it, that's why Floyd is great fighter. He barely moved against Moseley, yet he can still potshot him. Moseley really sucks big time that night. Hopefully, Floyd will not employ the same strategy as that will be an early night.

I am not worked up my man. I am just discussing. Maybe I put a little too much hot sauce in it. :good

Do you understand what potshoting is? It means moving, getting in a shot, then getting away.

Mosley didn't suck. Mosley landed probably the best string of punches on Mayweather since Corely. Mayweather is just that good. You will be very sad when Pac fights Mayweather.
