Lewis was a bit overweight and probably not in his best condition, however he also was coming on in the 5th and 6th, and has the "big fight experience" of a veteran...they tend to know how to tough out the later rounds and conserve their energy.

Vitali was in great condition but was visibly tired by the 6th, catching a break that round. It's difficult to say what would happen once each fighter caught their second wind.

Stylistically, however, I think both guys are a nightmare for each other...big guys tend to have a very hard time fighting guys who can push them back...Lennox has trouble with powerjabs (see the Mercer fight) and Vitali had trouble with the fact that Lennox was big enough to actually reach him and make him pay with counters.
