[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JY0n8ZJehKQ[/ame], I'm only posting this to get peoples take on it, he makes some good points but he left out somethings I feel. But the guy who made this video, also made the video of Hopkins/Dawson 2, and he had Dawson winning and as we all know, Dawson won his fight last week. So basically, i'm not saying he's gonna be right again, but you never know. The timing part in the video was the thing that stood out to me the most and that will definetly play a factor somewhere in the fight. Either, we shall soon see this saturday night.

It's a good point that usually when Floyd gets hurt, it's when his opponents throw with him.

I know. Cotto doesn't do that and remember, when Roy Jones got knocked out by Tarver, it was do to good timing. In fact he had trouble with Tarver's style because of his patience and Roy still had a big speed advantage in all the fights he had with him, especially the second fight. I thought jones was gonna dominate the second fight and he was in great shape for the second fight.

Nah, I don't do avater bets. I only bet cash and I already got 3 bets on this fight. It's funny too, because I thought Hopkins was gonna egde Dawson last week and someone wanted to bet me on that and I opted not too because I felt it was a 50/50 situation cause Hopkins usually never gets close decision's and I knew if the fight was close, they would give it to Dawson due to his higher workrate. In this scenerio, Cotto will be the one with higher workrate this time.

JMM is one dimensional compared to Cotto, and Cotto creates more openings than JMM. If he did pick JMM, I don't see how, because that was clearly a bad style matchup in that fight. I even knew Floyd would win that fight easy because JMM is nothing but a skilled counterpuncher and he does that great but he lacks in other areas. No counterpuncher is gonna beat someone like Mayweather, unless they have Roy Jones speed.

Weird guy, he has a handful of solid points. I don't think it's very relevant to look at the De La Hoya or Gomez fights, both fighters have made significant adjustments since then. To me the most intriguing aspects are mental - Is Floyd truly troubled by Cotto? Is his impending jail sentence weighing on his mind? Is Cotto's new trainer's zen-like confidence justified? Does Cotto truly have the hunger to win or is he there to grab that career high paycheck for his family?

I think he left out the fact that cotto's handspeed hasn't really been there his last couple of fights. I don't know if it's age or what. Also where was his timing against pacman? Speed kills, no matter how you look at it ,speed is one of the best advantages in boxing.
