It is isn't it. How accurate are the shots that are of Jofre's long range offensive arsenal? Impressive.
a great fight. Jofre was accurate as hell late on hardly wasted a thing. But Harada at the start was a beast he reminded me of manny Pacquiao the way he bounced in and through a huge fast hard combo then bounced away with lightening fast feet. He even bounced like Pac. The first half of the fight was all Harada IMO then Jofres accurate boxing took over but he had giving too much early away IMO
he was very very fast. Alot like Pacquiao but against Rose hes slow and predictable and telegraphs shots. What happened?
He was weight-drained and physically inadequate against Rose. He pretty much ate himself through the divisions, and by the time he fought Rose he was struggling hard to make the Bantam limit. It showed. After moving up to Featherweight and regaining his strength (despite the added chub he'd put on), he managed to give Johnny Famechon a beating, only to be robbed blindly by all accounts in what would've been his 3rd world title in as many original weight classes.
cheers for clearing it up Pea makes sense he was weight drained bt no way he would have beaten Rose that night anyway
Terry Norris-Sugar Ray Leonard Hector Camacho-Ray Leonard Richard Sandoval-Jeff Chandler Ken Norton - Ali Geroge Foreman-Ken Norton George Foreman-Joe Frazier The previous two losers couldn't fight backing up Vito Antuofuermo-Hagler Buster Douglas-Mike Tyson When the loser gets creamed badly in the fight then you know it's a styles thing. If it's a slow paced bout that goes to a split decision, most likely the loser was just over the hill
A modern example: Mosley always had hell off of Vernon Forrest. Quite a few believe no matter when they fought, Tommy always beats Duran. Barkley always found a way to beat Hearns.
