Without Pacquiao all he's got is a gift decision against a fading Barerra. So, no, not in the Hall of Fame. Unless maybe he gets a photo in the Chris John exhibit.

marquez rivalry did big things for both fighters but regardless pacquiao is a first ballot HOF no ifs no buts no argument .. honestly

 

You could say that about a lot of fighters though, if he didnt have x on his resume he wouldnt be hof. Whats interesting is how JMM career would have been different if Pac had gotten him outta there that first round.

 

Without Pac, he's a HOF.

With Pac, he's a borderline ATG.
