Bert Sugar is a dingle berry of boxing journalism. An absolute ****, tries far too hard and knows far too little.

I view their opinions just like anybody else's opinion. A little food for thought, but nothing more. As for the topic of having Tunney as the number 5 HW of all time I would strongly disagree with because Tunney doesn't have much of a resume at HW and I usually don't comment on all time lists because most don't mean anything really, but I guess they serve as nice debate material. Anyway, Tunny number 5 at HW? Nah. P4P at 13? Sure why not.

Yeah, i agree, fancy writing cracks me up when the fact is that the content os bull****. It's like me harping on with amazing writing about how Gameboy's actually have better graphics than a PS3, just stop it please.

I agree with Tunney being rated as a great champ, however, I find it hard to agree with Atlas or Sugar. Both men seem to be more personality than that of an actual fact checker.

The whole book is a bit dated and screwy ... Tunney the number 5 heavyweight ever ? Let's get real.

Tunney is a fighter who ranks a lot higher head to head than he does based on resume.

The former obviously being more speculative.

He wouldn't make either my heavyweight or p4p list based on whaqt he did in the ring, but the bottom line is that he was more than just a boxer. He won the heavyweight title, quit with his money intact and went on to other projects.
