SugarHill would have been a better fit for Joshua. Joshua fought like Wlad in his last fight, so I think SugarHill would be good for him.
Sugar Hill is a quality trainer, and he has probably already worked with Fury back when Fury was briefly being trained by Emanuel.
How hard was that? He had one very dangerous weapon in his arsenal, all he did was fine tune it and focus on the defense.
I'm not thrilled with this partnership, I don't think Fury's style will mesh very well with Sugar Hill's training style. I think it's too advanced and unorthodox for him to hone and meld to his liking. He's going to end up ruining Tyson.
Tyson has a habit of ruining himself to be fair. It wouldn't surprise me if he refuses to follow training plans, training camp or even game-plan in the ring. He can't blame his trainer, it's on the fighter. Unfortunately I think Tyson will lose sooner or later and have another fall-out.
Translation: Tyson Fury and his entire camp are in total disarray ..........but maybe he needs that utter chaos to get motivated....no trainer ever fought the opponent, when the bell rings its the fighter. Time will tell.
On paper it looks pretty good, trains an average heavyweight to an alphabet title. Like I said 'on paper'.
