    Ray would have had zero respect for Floyd’s power.

    It would have just made him more comfortable in fighting Floyd aggressively and turning the bout into a fight if things were going his way in a boxing match.

    The rematch with Leonard?

    Fast counterpunchers with pinpoint precision tend to get respect from all but the most extreme mauler types.

    Ray would have respected his skills, but not his power.

    If Ray had’ve fought him as opposed to have boxed with him, Floyd would have had no answer to that.
