    Held his own with anyone ?..... depends on the weight.
    ATG ?...... Yes but not as highly ranked as his ability deserves, sign the Pacquiao fight & prove it (if Manny stops hiding behing arum & his obvious agenda)

    I think Floyd would do ok in leonard's era. He would have never been able to fight against Sugar Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran, etc. Floyd would have never been in the same weight class as each of these fighters when they were in their prime.
