I'm sure Leonard meant "special" as in short yellow bus special.

And in that regard, Calzaghe was the most special.:happy

Haha yea he might be. The Moter City Cobra, The Marvelous One, and The Hands of Stone may have just been too much for him.

70% of people thought RJ would win including the so called boxing 'experts' LOL and roy got schooled like never before and joe didn't bother to stop roy either cause of the respect he has for him.
    Fair play to the guy.

Not by many people, but half the fighters interviewed as well as alot of people on this board picked Roy to win. Most of it was due to wishful thinking, but I was still somewhat surprised to see that. I thought many of the people who picked Roy really didn't believe he actually would.

You get a lot of selected memory syndrome on here. Nobody on here predicted Lacy to beat Calzaghe apparently.

Many of us, including myself knew that Calzaghe would easily outbox the over hyped Lacy.

Also, most people said that Jones was shot to **** and that Joe would kill him.

    Ray is talking ****. :patsch

If Ray was honest he would'nt say this ****.

I thought Roy Jones was going to KO Calzaghe because he was too fast and powerful but boy was I wrong. What amazed me was the way how Calzaghe fought Jones. Calzaghe totally stood infront of the world most fastest boxer with his hands down and face to face. Cal was right, Jones will bring out the best of him and we did see the best of Calzaghe. Calzaghe will be a legend 20-30 years from now.

I gave Roy a shot at Joe but i also knew that Joe could could just as easily beat Roy and make him look bad, and he did.

I picked Joe to win but i did'nt right off Roy completely

I never gave Lacy a shot though.

I knew he was over hyped, one dimensional and untested.

I knew Joe would give him a boxing lesson.

I never knew what people saw in Lacy  and Shaw's claims of Lacy being a 168lb version of Mike Tyson were laughable from the start.

As for Calzaghe, well he's a man who slagged off boxing and said it was dieing. Yet the way some of his own career went was the reason why some think boxing is dieing.

All those shitty defences of his WBO title is one of the reason's some think boxing is dieing.

He is being honest. Dont want to cause offense but the world of boxing predictions doesnt end on this site.

Plenty of (Muppet) "Experts" picked Roy, as did a host of Ex-Pros. Stupid ****in picks, but they picked him nontheless.

As for Lacy, even more, the big majority, picked Lacy.

    How is Ray lying?
