Im a big Cuevas fan, but Leonard would have ****ed him up. Cuevas might have put a scare along the way into Ray but Ray would have boxed safe after that and outclassed him after 9or 10 rounds of eating punches Cuevas starts to sway and Ray finishes off in 11.

Then gets his ass handed to him by a green Terry Norris in such a way he calls an immediate ending to his career but returns in time to meet up with a raging bull named Macho Camacho who puts his lights out.

Leoanrd gets his chin tested by Cuevas and fails the test

Longhorn and I just know how real fights go down. You? You're strictly an "on paper" guy where the other guy's shots have negligble effect.

Cuevas had his chin tested by Herman Montes and it failed the test. He was 27 years old too by the way, not 40 like Leonard against Camacho.

Dropped exactly 0 times from 1977 to 1982 despite facing the likes of Thomas Hearns and Roberto Duran. His chin was tested and it was found out to be made of iron.

Iron? come on A, how many people were going into the late rounds with Duran even at 135? Ortiz, Lampkin, Fernandez, Viruet, Bizzaro. And we're talking about a bigger man in leonard. Besides that, Ray's legs go all spaghetti on him in the Geraldo fight. I saw him and Geraldo doesnt hit or put the pressure the way Pipino does

A man with an iron chin doesnt get staggered by the likes of Marcos Geraldo, doesnt get floored by little class b fighters like Howard

Iron chins are reserved for fighters like Hagler, Dempsey, Greb, Johnson, Jeffries, Robinson, and Ali. To put Leonard in same the company of those is laughable and I'm simply not having any of it!

How many people were lasting the 15 round distance against Duran? Viruet, and he had a reputation for having a very solid chin and was also extremely defensive, while Leonard wasn't the first time he fought Duran. The same Duran that dropped tough junior middleweights like Davey Moore and middleweights like Iran Barkley. He had his chin tested that night as well as against Hearns.

Geraldo was a middleweight and also gave trouble to Hagler. He didn't down Leonard. Ray Robinson had a solid chin yet he had his troubles with middleweights.

The fact is that Leonard was never knocked down during his prime. During his comeback attempts yes, but even then he was only stopped at 40 years of age having not fought in 7 years.

Dempsey was down more times than Leonard ever was. Besides, I'm not saying that Leonard is a Jake LaMotta. But he wasn't somebody you'd have an easy time knocking out either.

Cuevas, I'm afraid, will find it too difficult to even land punches on Leonard not to mention hurt him enough to knock him out.

    Pat Lawlor TKO6 Duran?
The incredible Pat Lawlor with a record of 23 wins, 16 losses and 1 draw, with only 7 KO's. Is Duran made of glass too? no its just the double standards

Have you seen the lawlor fight paci? Nothing to do with chin, duran lost because he injured his shoulder. He was also 103 years old, fighting in his fifth division. he also avenged that loss. (he didnt eat steak for the rematch, horrible thing cramps!!!!!!)
ps; leonard had a great chin,no worse than robinsons.

Geraldo may have given Hagler problems but did he ever hurt him? No. That's not the issue here. The issue here is chin and you seem to think that ray's jaw is made of cast iron which it isnt. And you seem to keep forgetting that Duran is hitting bigger men most of which are not going down. With Cuevas, knocking over welterweights wasnt a problem
