Really? Do you think he would have been better off softening him up for a few rounds in that fight?

Haglers display of chin was obviously incredible in that fight, one of the best ever, I couldn’t blame Hearns for going for the kill and he broke his hand as well.

Floyd was very defensive and counterpunched and his timing was greats, but he never fought anyone as great as Leonard -who hit as hard with that speed. It would have been different than all his other fights. The key for that fight would be Leonard jab. Ray could not just stalk Mayweather, he would have to jab and set him up and he would probably stop him late or win a UD.

Hearns was not low boxing IQ as much as he relied too much on his power at times.. He got cocky. He was a great boxer and a great puncher and at times he should have used one more than the other and vice versa. With Floyd I think he would use his jab and win like he did against Benitez.

Floyd wouldn't have fought SRL or Hearns. Too much risk.

Would be amazing. One thing for sure SRL would actually go for it if he was behind on the scorecard, and he had the speed to do it.
