    :roll: His skills were the same, he was just facing lesser competition and smaller competition, therefore was able to let loose a bit more. That combined with better physical ability. Leonard would've smashed a guy like Chavez in his weight class far more convincingly than Floyd did. I still don't see the huge edges Floyd holds stylistically, Leonard is still better offensively.

    edit: Nevermind.

    :lol::lol::patsch

    You should start a thread about Floyd being top 3 P4P and see if anyone catches it. I only noticed because of the shock of a bigtime9 actualy saying that Leonard would win.

    I was thinking about doing something like that, but I'd rather not add a useless thread to this forum.

    Leonard by stoppage.

    It's ridiculous to include Mayweather in fantasy matchups at 147. His natural weight is 130.

    Floyd TKO 11

    Sugar Ray Leonards ... shoe shining ass will not be able to land a big punch on Floyd. All those flurries are going to do is get his ass tired ... while he's wasting all that energy all Floyd is doing is countering effectively and shooting precise shots to the body.

    Its an interesting match and would be Floyd's stiffest test ever but what people fail to realize is that SRL had no defense.

    Floyd doesn't waste punches and would land pin point shots ... he reacts like a cheetah and will be able to throw SRL off set with faints.

    SRL has never seen a style like FLoyd's and the defensive posture will confuse SRL.

    By the championship rounds SRL would be looking for a target and FLoyd will be having his way.

    Its ridiculous but these are the only realistic match-ups against guys who aren't of this era but are definitely on Floyd's level. Guys won't second guess their opinions on Floyd against an Ol' School fighter -- but guys usually can assume that Floyd would beat any guy out there right now.
