When does Mosley ever go down? He's been down once in his career if I remember rightly...and that was from one hell of a punch.

Why dont clowns like you never use that logic against Floyd?its always the same **** "if so and so fighter could do that Floyd would also do it and do it better" why dont you mention Floyd struggling with Judah's speed and the fact that Leonard was even faster than Judah,or an old Oscar giving Floyd hell with his jab which was one of SRL best punches,how about floyd being put on ***** street by an old shot Shane Mosley if that happened against SRL who was one of the best finishers ever would floyd be able to last the round?i have my doubts,in the end of the day SRL proved himself against some of the best fighters ever and against many different styles,that coupled with his fighting ability puts him at least a level above Floyd.

 

There is no question about who is the greater of the two. But Im unsure who would have won a fight between the two head to head, because Leonard had trouble with Floyd sr´s defence at time, and Floyd jr is 10 times better.

 

Floyd wouldn't take the fight he would be on vacation.

 

Prime or not prime, he has a great chin. People react differently to different punches, and different people...Mayweather had him hurt on numerous occasions during the bout. Knocking someone down doesn't make a difference if you go on to win via UD anyway...

The problem is...the threadstarter has said this bout would be at 147lbs. Mayweather's produced his best work at 130-135lbs...do you think Mayweather today at 147lbs would beat Leonard at 147lbs?

 

Floyd will ask for sperm sample, hair sample, blood sample, nail sample, Family history ( to see if SRL is really black.... ) Credit check, criminal background check, blood, sperm and saliva testing every 5 seconds from the time Leonard signs the contract up to his death bed.

If ever Floyd existed at the time of SRL, FLOYD WILL DUCK SUGAR RAY LEONARD. Floyd doesn't want to even fight Pacquiao.

When have I tried to convince people Mayweather would beat Leonard?
I remember you saying your not just a 'blind Floyd hater'...but it seems that way when you try to discredit his victories.

Why didn't Cotto knock him down? And don't bring up that Mosley was younger, etc. The fact is, Mosley has a great chin...

The highlighted is you implying that I was trying to persuade people Mayweather would beat Leonard. This statement was included in the post when you replied to my comment.

You think he can beat Williams and JMM in p4p matchup...but then you try to discredit his wins? The majority of the comments I have seen you post have been Mayweather related, or "*****" related...so if Mayweather beats Williams will you give him credit and not try to discredit it?

So your saying Cotto gassed, thats why he didn't knock him down? So Cotto would have definitely knocked him down had he not gassed? Mosley being younger is not really relevant when discussing his chin...Mosley took some great shots from Mayweather and still stood up...that is credit to his chin.

And yes, Mayweather's win did mean something...this is why he is ranked #1 Welterweight in the World at the minute. This isn't just my opinion either...
