Bigger and slicker yes, but Taylor and Leonard are dead-even in speed.

Okay then, if no catchweight is realistically tenable, how about Chavez and Duran?

I'm a massive fan of the mad match ups. But at the weights at welter and below, I don't think they work. Leonard easily IMHM

The only time they could have met is welter. If we take the welter version s then its Leonard by painful 8round tko .Chavez tries to hang in but Sugar to fast ,JCC would be made to look ordinary .

The **** are you talking about Leonard hadn't peaked in terms of viciousness at WW? He was at his PEAK of viciousness at WW.

    What a stupid statement.

In any case, this thread is ******.

    Leonard stops Chavez at 147.

Remember when SRL fought Duran in Fight 1, and he looked like a little kid scared s**tless. Post fight SRL said he come down with a bad case of "Xplosive", which he attributed to the main reason of him losing the fight. LOL.

They both moved of the jab the same way except Ray was easier to counter after he jabbed because he left his lead hand low and was open to counter rights.

Chavez was slipping brilliantly and his defense was far better than Taylor`s he wassn`t getting caught as much as it seemed and Taylor was throwing more punches than Ray would that`s why he shipped so much punishment if Ray fought like that v Julio he would get countered all over the place. Taylor`s hand speed was quicker than Ray`s and the punches were coming 3-4 at a time, count how many punches Chavez slipped in that fight, it was an amazing fight, like Duran in Montreal.

I think maybe your right. Been thinking about this fight alot the last 24 hours since the other Chavez thread.

I didnt mean SRL hand faster hands kinda atyping error, my meaning was compared to JCC SRL was a bigger version of MT, slick fast and strong.

Dude, if Thai is this guy's native language, his English is pretty damn good. Thai is about as different from English as you could possibly imagine, both structurally and phonetically.

Thanks. That’s very kind of you to back me up, but I’m not thai, lived here for 20 years. I’m from London. I do speak Thai though. So no excuse for my bad English.
