Sugar Ray Leonard's exciting/ competitive fights:

    Wilferd Benitez
    Roberto Duran 1
    Ayub Kalule
    Thomas Hearns 1
    Marvin Hagler
    Thomas Hearns 2

    His peak performances:

    Armando Muniz
    Pete Ranzany
    Dave Boy Green
    Andy Price
    Bruce Finch
    Roberto Duran 2

I also think his fights with Floyd Mayweather Sr is worth watching as you see Leonard continue to grow as a pro fighter but already looking spectacular.

Fights that don't include the Fab 4.....

D*cky Ecklund = Made famous by the "The Fighter" movie with Mark Wahlberg in which he claimed to of knocked down SRL but it was more of a push honestly, still a gusty effort from Ecklund who gives a good account of himself.

Donny Lalonde = Leonard knocked down against a big puncher has to rally and stops his man in impressive fashion.

Wilfred Benitez = A technical masterclass from both men a must watch.

Ayub Kalule = A competitive fight against a good unbeaten Southpaw one of Leonards more competitive fights against a non Fab 4 opponent.

Dave Boy Green = Stunning KO.

Armando Muniz = A very impressive showing from Leonard early in his career against a very tough opponent.

Floyd Mayweather Sr = You already said you were going to watch this fight Mayweather hung in there showed his toughness and won a few rounds. You also see how Leonard was able to penetrate the philly shell defense so it's a good watch in that regard.

Bruce Finch = Leonard in his absolute prime.

One not mentioned yet is his fight against the very fast
    and tricky southpaw Larry Bonds.
Leonard put on a masterclass of body punching
in that fight. Also, check out how Leonard cut
off the ring against the speedy southpaw and
was always in range to slip and counter.
Basically forcing Bond's to fight just to
    survive.
    Until he couldn't anymore lol......

Interestingly enough Ray never rated his own performance vs Finch.
He said he felt serious oain from a early punch from Finch due to him not being in the best condition due to not getting up for the fight after big events with Duran,Benitez and Hearns.
For his part Finch didnt play around ,he came right at Ray altough he didnt have the necessary tools.
