I watching the Charles-Louis fight today and I couldn't help but think that Louis would have givin' Charles a beating had he been prime. Really made me think how much past it Louis was.

In '51 Louis was at the end of his rope and had been knocked out in a brutal fashion by Marciano. How do you think Sugar Ray from the Maxim fight would have done against Louis from the Marciano fight? Normal conditions. No extreme heat, 15 rds, normal glove size, etc.

    Sugar Ray UD

SRR was sharp at this time, I can see him avoiding Joe's bombs and out boxing him.

This is a bad matchup for Robinson.
    Louis would surely KO him.

Robinson pre-Maxim LtHvy fight responded "Do you want me to get killed" when asked if he would go after The Rock if SRR beats Maxim. SRR might be leading on points when Joe knocks him out. Too much Louis pride.
