Can you post the comedy act parodying Gay's pad works?

I didn't know you can assess things like this. Usauslly when I see you post, it's something discrediting Floyd like how he has a vagina or something. I'm proud of you:smoke

I'm reading a book about The Life and Times of Sugar Ray Robinson right now. The technique might have been ghetto back then, but no one today has the short explosive punching form that the Sugar man did.

Anyone find it crazy that Sugar had a dream about killing his next opponent before he actually did it? From the footage I seen of him, he seems ethereal. It's like he's a ghost that doesn't belong here.

:adminThat was getting hard to watch towards the end. I'm glad modern day boxing has became safer and I know some people complain it has gotten too soft, we have to remember this is just a sport and there's no need for our favorites fighters to die in the ring or lie handicapped lives after they retire

Sweet Thunder. The Life and Times of Sugar Ray Robinson. I'm talking about footage of him in daily life. Not boxing ones.

if you want to watch a fighter who fits that description, take a look at the LHW masters like Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Harold Johnson

Robinson was an offensive machine and leave no doubt, he executed with a high level of technical proficiency. take a look at any of the WW footage there is on youtube. even when he is just going through the motions, he looks excellent

look at the way he sets up Fullmer for the KO. he throws a couple of right hands to the body then feints with the same motion causing Fullmer to try to throw a counter right when Robinson unleashes the most ferocious lefthook ever

I agree with this, and also the post where somebody said SRR was the best for his time. Personally, I'm not into fantasy matchups and making a "greatest of all-time" list because all of them are always bull****. You can't compare fighters from different time periods. If you have to make lists I would just compare fighters to other fighters during their own period, but that's just me not many are like that.
