Mayweather wins. People overrate Sugar Ray and underrate Money May. Mayweather has the best longevity over anyone in the sport of boxing. Mayweather would land his jab and text book right hand at will and shoot to the body. His ring generalship and ring I.q sees him dance around Sugar Ray all night Evade any meaningful attacks he could muster. Mayweather wins by U.D.

The best there ever was. The best there ever will be.

Even Roger Mayweather himself once claimed he couldn't say that.

    The one and only.

He was talking about greats he thought Floyd could or would beat. Then he went off singing praises for Robinson, and said something to the effect "I can't say Floyd would beat Robinson."

In the same discussion, he did say he believed Floyd could beat Leonard.

Floyd would never fight him in his prime on a level playing field.

So I guess Ray would just be standing around doing nothing while Floyd flitted about taking his little potshots at him?

Sugar Ray would try. But Money May would Evade, duck, slip, roll and bowl.

If you’re going to troll, at least pick PBF.

Money didn’t have the offensive arsenal needed.

Robinson gives him hell. Floyd couldn't elude Madiana, who wasn't as fast, long or hit as hard. Got to go with Walker Smith on this one.

I'm not even sure he would beat Leonard, let alone Robinson.

Give Mayweather credit, he navigated his career perfectly to get someone to even imagine he'd beat Ray Robinson. Sugar ices him inside the distance

I'm pretty sure he would NOT beat Leonard let alone Robinson. Floyd was never smarter, faster, stronger, more competitive, more knowledgeable, nothing...Floyd enjoys precisely NO advantages over Leonard-let-alone-Robinson. He gets pummelled.
