Suppose Robinson beat Maxim & defends Lightheavyweight title in Nov 1952.

31 Year old sugar ray robinson 165 lbs vs 26 year old Harold Johnson 175lbs. This would be immediately after Johnson edged out Charles for 10split dec win in Sep. 1952 earning him the title shot against SSR.

Harold Johnson would surely dominate. He wouldn’t allow Robinson to get work off.

He’d use his physical advantages, keep it simple, tie him up and take the rounds.

A step too high for SRR I would imagine. Johnson too big, too skilled, and the jab too sharp even for SRR to handle.
