Sugar Ray Seales

I wondered if that huge hook Marvin hit him with got through because of Seales by then lessened vision. He didn't even get a glimps of it. Seales beat my buddy Doug Demmings by a hair on one of Dougies best nights. Then again Doug didn't see the bomb from Hagler that took him out either though.

 

Demmings actually took a fair bit of punishment from Hagler before going out.

The poorguy was still fighting when he was almost blind, apparently he knew the eye chrat test pattern off by heart.

 

Ron - Wasnt that the fight where Minter may of been stopped a few rounds later because of an Enormously ugly Egg-Sized Lump that had came up on Alan's Forehead, But he found Seales with the shot he was look for,

 

..............Either that or they just didn't give him the test.

 

I have a mag here (somewhere) from about hmmmm 1982 and he claimed he knew what letters they would ask off by heart. Pretty silly of him tho, really.

 

Kind of strange... indeed.
