Sugar says Lewis is alltime great yet only top 12

    Couple of key differences here. First of all Holyfield was coming off of a 13 month layoff himself, after recovering from a loss and some diagnosed health issues. Secondly, he fought Mercer one full year before Lewis did. By the time Mercer fought Lewis, he was off for that entire year, was that much older,and had an additional loss to his resume. Third, Holyfield's win was quite a bit more decisive than Lewis's which some felt he actually lost.
    I'll withdraw my comment about making stiff references, but the rest of my claims I'll stick with.

    while i disagree with Mercer being a stiff, the rest of it is a pretty good post
