So who else in 147 do you want Floyd to fight?

Maybe we'll wait for some 140's to test themselves at Floyd? Floyd at 154 is a nono.

I wanna see some Floyd vs Matthyse, Floyd vs Amir, Floyd vs Danny

    Those are some SICK fights

I argued and debated with people about Floyd losing 15 pounds in jail. When he first came out, he looked a lot smaller and sickly I admit.
But damnit, that was 7 months ago. Floyd looks bigger right now than I've seen him in a while. For the reasons I stated is why I say he needs to fight at 147 first in May, but in September he can do either 154 or 147.

Floyd won't make the 154 pound limit, but he never has made it. Floyd is just a great fighter who can overcome it

Like I said, he should wait for the superstars at 140 to come up to 147 to fight Floyd

Floyd vs Garcia, Matthyse, Khan would make great interesting bouts

Floyd vs Canelo would be a **** fight at 154. It would be too much.

Floyd has been through hell this year. He won't make the weight safely.

Ffs dude, have you ever been through 2 months of malnourishment/in the hole for 23 hours straight? 24 on weekends?

No its not, its basically calling out Floyd and his fans on their ****, they are the ones against it now all the sudden they are for it?

Though I do agree 150 is fair for both, I disagree with the approach by Mayweather fans you all need to stay consistent but you dont

Floyd can beat Garcia and all of them at 147 and still be capable of beating Canelo at 154. I'm not talking about fighting him right away, I'm talking about in September.

and I'm an athlete who's gone through diets and fluctuations in weight and know a thing or two about nutrition. Yes Floyd was in pretty bad shape first getting out of jail

But like I said. He's been in the gym and has had 7 months to eat properly and workout. He looks bigger now than he did in May.

the only reason he fought cotto at 154 was because cotto was past it. i would not be surprised floyd tries something with canelo

7 months, 1 year, it doesn't make a huge difference. Jail always takes something out of a fighter. Physically and mentally.

And he had no business being at that weight class anyways.

    He's a 147 fighter.

He should STAY at 147. Stop holding him to such high standards. He's just a boxer.

And he's 36. He's no longer the Floyd we used to know.

I hold Floyd and most people hold Floyd to high standards because he's the best and is capable of doing it. The way you're talking, you think he should retire

Stay at 147. Retire at 37 (like he said)

From the way YOU'RE talking, it seems he should retire. If he doesn't move up, he should retire? :patsch

He has plenty of great juicy demanding fights remaining at 147. The top dogs at 147 now, the 140 bunch.

Floyd wasnt in long enough to atrophy an take permanent damage. He lost a little weight that he threw right back on. Tyson came out weighing 190, an threw his weight on after YEARS an got back on his game an picked up titles. Floyds age will have more to do with his decline. Not 3 months in jail

It's both. I think you're undermining the negative effects 3 months of malnourishment can do to an athlete.

I don't think you've ever had to deal with that.
