Sullivan, 1907, on himself vs. Jeffries

That's a pretty reasonable assessment and typical of bad alchy's. We celebrate the brute from a distance but they can be horrible people to have within arm's reach.

 

I just stumbled across this page, with some interesting articles in it, i havent time to re read it, but it does seem like there was some interesting stuff in it, particularly with the search for some of jeffries earlier fights.

 

I have the two Johnson volumes and the Jeffries one, all excellent.:good
