I feel like many say Jeffries, but their resumes are pretty similar and I could totally see an argument for Sullivan. Here are their significant wins:

    Sullivan:

    Kilrain
    Mitchell
    Burke
    McCaffrey
    Goss
    Professor Donovan
    Greenfield
    Ryan

    Jeffries:

    Fitzsimmons
    Corbett
    Sharkey
    Ruhlin
    Griffin
    Armstrong

Who has the more impressive resume? Who's better all time?

It rather depends on what you like.

Sullivan has more depth to his resume, and much greater longevity, but I think that there were a lot more good Queensbury fighters during Jeffries reign.

A lot depends on how good you think Sullivan's opposition was.

i would give the edge to Jefferies mostly due to the fact that his three best wins (Fitzsimons twice and Corbett) are better than any win Sullivan has even with his deeper resume and superior longevity
