Sultan was very good. Better than Povetkin. I'm not sure if he could have stayed below 200 lbs though.

I agree with most of the people in the thread and rate Ibragimov quite favorably but much preferred him as a swarmer/slugger than the castrated Jeff Mayweather reincarnation which sadly is what most remember.

I definitely favor him over Haye, not sure about Jirov but it would be savage. Not sure about Povetkin that fight circa 2008-2009 would have been great but probably would favor Ibragimov against Atlas Povetkin, against the current version 50/50. Still disappointed Ibragimov/Chagaev unification which was signed in 2007 never happened because of Ruslan's injury.

Reality thinks otherwise, both guys at 200lbs here great fight.

Ibragimov hit harder than Povetkin, and had very good foot speed for a heavyweight. I agree, he retired too soon.

No such thing in boxing. He left with a boatload of money and his brains intact. That puts him at about 1 in a million.

I think Sultan unifies the cruiserweight division. He had great hand speed, good pop, good endurance, and a very good chin. He beats Haye in my opinion.

He did retire too soon. It would be VERY entertaining seeing him in s****s with Povetkin, Chisora, Fury, and maybe Vitali. I think Wladimir would always have his number.

I would LOVE to see Chisora pull his s**t with Sultan. Sultan was kind of feisty and would not be afraid to get a few off on Chisora at the presser or weigh in. Lol I can see fireworks at a Fury presser too. It would be entertaining.
