Sultan was an idiot. When he retired he was easily the 3rd best HW in the world after the K brothers. He is so far above arreola / Haye / Povetkin etc its insane!

I’ll tell you what he didn’t do well as a boxer and that’s go for it when he had the chance to become the heavyweight champion of the world. Instead, he chose to run like a ***** so I don’t really care about the guy or what he does. Just like Haye who I was a fan of pre Klitchko they have no real guts when it comes time to bit the bullet. We sore what these guys are made of boxing’s better off without them.

Ibragimov lost to #1 Wladimir, had no chance against #2 Vitali, was beat twice as a amateur by Chagaev. So why not retire?

Seriously, Sultan was a fairly good fighter, but nothing truely elite, and I think he knows he already has achieved all he could in the sport. Props to him for bowing out with his health intact, and probably plenty of money to help him into life after boxing.

 

Because he SUCKS. That's why he stopped.

 

I don’t care if its Klitchko Tyson Lewis Ali or even the great Joe Louis in front of you when you get a chance at the title the real title a chance to be immortalised as the champion of the world you shouldn’t leave the ring like those punks did they should have put everything into the challenge instead they ran and collected a check. That’s why they slink into retirement they aren’t true fighters.
