Who takes this?? Ortiz is a decent HW but has shown to have troubles with cagey southpaws as his blowout loss to Ramanchuk showed. Ibragimov was a very good heavyweight with superior skills and an iron chin.

I think Sultan thumps him out within 9. But Ortiz would make it look respectable.

there's more chance of a Cuban being involved in the fight of the year than that glass jawed, slow, roided up. lying about his age, Cuban glass jawed grandad beating Ibragimov.

After that horrific stinker Ibragimov put up against An aged Holyfield and Wlad, I wouldn't want to see him fight anyone of note. Timur was more exciting to watch then sultan was.

The last era's Charles Martin. Glass chin. Glass heat. Throws about two combo's a round.
Ortiz has that guys guts for garters. He was a nobody

He couldn't even beat a guy that lost to Harold scoiners ffs.

What does Ibragimov do better than Ortiz? Ortiz stops him.

Ibragimov pitches a shut out. Ortiz has overrated power and can barely even crack an egg now. He was involved in a stinker against Deontay Wilder. His hardest punches bounced off a guy that was brutally stopped by a 6 foot 0 cruiser weight. Is extremely slow. Has achieved absolutely nothing in the amateurs or pros to suggest he is superior. Is out of shape.

Ibragimov is too fast, too elusive, too athletic and skilled for Luis Ortiz.

"What does Ibragimov do better than Ortiz? Ortiz stops him."

Ibragimov steps off the line better and attacks from angles better. Something Ortiz rarely, if ever does. Ibragimov also takes an outside angle as a southpaw against orthodox opponents beter. Which is a rudimentary move for southpaws to use against orthodox opponents and vice versa. Another move Luis Ortiz seems oblivious too. Especially for someone with as many amateur fights as he does.

Seriously, Luis Ortiz is grossly and disgustingly overrated. Especially his skills! Probably the most overrated heavyweight ever. I can't remember a heavyweight who is rated as highly, that is also as little proven as Ortiz is. Relative to Ortiz's accomplishments (or lack of), he is probably the most overrated heavyweight of all time.

I take Ibragimov's win over Briggs, rather than Ortiz over Jennings, because Shannon was dangerous. Can't decide if the cuban was a has been or a never was. He didn't drop Wilder, so I'd say his losing effort against the devastating bronze bomber looks alot worse. Ibragimov was better defensively, and could punch.
